Is shipping available?

Yes! While we are located just outside of Milwaukee, WI, we are happy to ship anywhere within the United States.

How much time will it take to complete my order?

Once all artwork is approved and the payment has been secured, the product will be ready within 7-10 buisness days. Rush orders are also available upon request.

Please be aware that this turnaround time is subject to change at any time.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Screen Printing orders have a minimum order quantity of 12 pieces. Embroidery orders have a minimum order quantity of 6 pieces. For smaller orders, we recommend our Heat Vinyl Transfer services (HTV) as a budget friendly option.

If you still require a smaller order amount to be screen printed or embroidered, please contact us for more information and options.

Will there be any additional fees?

Additional fees may include rush orders, graphic design fees, ink change fees, or shipping or delivery fees. All fees will be included in your invoice provided when the order is placed.

What are your prices?

Our prices are dependent on many variables. Please contact us with the order size, a digital image or description of the print, and apparel type and color so we may provide you with an accurate quote.

How do I properly care for my clothing?

Follow the garment tag labels for washing and drying instructions. When in doubt, wash inside out on a cold cycle followed with air dry or gentle tumble.

Can I provide my own clothing?

Yes, but the clothing must be brand new. This ensures quality and a lasting print.

What items and brands are available?

What is heat transfer vinyl?

Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is a specialty vinyl polymer that we are able to custom-cut to your design. Once the vinyl is cut, we apply it to fabric using heat.

What is screen printing?

Screen printing is a printing technique where a screen is used to apply ink to a flat surface. While we specialize in garment and fabric screen printing, we also offer this service on many different types of surfaces.
